Termogea Condominio Smart uses innovative technologies Cloud-based to improve the efficiency of centralized systems. The system can manage real-time climate regulation, metering consumption, consumption cost alocation, remote meters reading, administration and maintenance. Condominio Smart can manage radiant floor/ceiling, fan coils, or radiators distribution systems and is suitable for systems powered by heat pumps or traditional generators.

SMART CLIMATE CONTROL MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDOMINIUM
The Termogea System uses the Plug & Play Smart Central climate control unit for each apartment, which can manage up to 8 zones. The climate control unit communicates directly with the Thermal power plant via LAN through the Termogea Smart Hub (TSH) control unit. Both units are equipped with an integrated gateway with an Ethernet interface. In addition to internal communication via LAN, the TSH unit also communicates data externally via internet to the Termogea Cloud. The Cloud System is dedicated to complete remote management of the centralized condominium system.
DIRECT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN APARTMENT AND POWER PLANT
Termogea has developed an innovative communication system between the Thermal power plant and apartments for centralized condominium systems. This technology allows for real-time intervention on climate control, reducing energy costs and ensuring comfort.
The system centralizes important climate control functions. Pre-start/start of the power plant – Seasonal change – Monitoring the activity status of apartments – Climate curve configuration – Temperature setting.
SWITCH-ON ON REQUEST
The system activates the Thermal power plant only when there is a request from the apartments. In this way, it is possible to reduce consumption costs.
CENTRALIZED PRE-IGNITION
The ALL-ON function allows all heads in the apartments to be opened for pre-ignition of the system.
CENTRALIZED SEASON CHANGE
Synchronized seasonal change between the Thermal power plant and all apartments.
APARTMENT ACTIVITY STATUS
Centralized monitoring of the “online” or “on call” status of all apartments.
CENTRALIZED CLIMATE CURVE CONTROL
Centralized control of the climate curve for all apartments, including dew points, through the use of mixer valve.
CENTRALIZED TEMPERATURE SETTING
Centralized maximum and minimum room temperature settings for all apartments.
PLUG & PLAY CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE APARTMENT
THE PLUG & PLAY CONTROL UNIT
The systems in each apartment are managed by Smart Compact or Smart Central control units, which manage up to 4 and 8 zones respectively. These control units are connected to Minitouch thermostats or zone temperature and humidity sensors. Both have integrated software that immediately identifies the number, the type of sensors/thermostats and the distribution system used when the system is turned on. No design or configuration is required.
UNIFIED MANAGEMENT OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND CONSUMPTION METERING
The climate control and consumption data is processed by the Smart Hub Climate Control Unit (TSH) located in thethermal power plant. This control unit is equipped with an integrated gateway for internet connection. Thus, we can remotely manage temperature regulation, consumption metering and consumption cost allocation.
Consumption metering takes place at both the level of each apartment and the thermal power plant, for generator’s consumption and the measurement of losses.
For the apartments we have Satellite modules dedicated to the metering of thermal energy and hot/cold domestic water consumption. For the generator of the thermal power plant we have the Electricity and Thermal energy meters.
The TSH Control Unit can manage any type of Meters.
Thermogea Minitouch thermostats and Termogea Smart Compact/Central control units are used to manage temperature control. These control units are equipped with an integrated gateway and connect via LAN to the TSH control unit.
This system meets the various requirements for the management of a centralized system:
- Tenants can manage the temperature regulation of their apartments and view their own consumption.
- The multi-unit building Administrator can carry out the allocation of consumption and costs.
- Service providers can record consumption data at any time through remote reading and manage meter serial number.
REMOTE MANAGEMENT OF THE SYSTEM
CLIMATE CONTROL, ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE
The Termogea Smart Hub, Smart Central, and Smart Compact control units come with an integrated gateway for internet connection to the Termogea Cloud. They are therefore designed for remote connection to the system.
Cloud access has different levels of authorization for the building administrator, maintenance technician and the residents. The administrator and maintenance technician can intervene remotely for checks and maintenance tasks. Residents can control the temperature from their smartphones using the Termogea APP to read, modify, and set the temperature in different zones.
