These Termogea kits offer three solutions for controlling temperature, humidity and air quality in mixed radiant and fan coil systems.
The user can control the radiant-fancoil system in three ways: with just a smartphone (Easy Solution), with a centralized thermostat + smartphone (Touch Solution), and with a zone thermostat + smartphone (Room Solution).
EASY RADIANT-FANCOIL KIT
SMARTPHONE BASED CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM

Termogea Smart Hub (TSH) climate control unit with integrated Ethernet gateway for cloud connection and Modbus interface.
Direct digital control of summer air conditioning for fan coil units implementing the Modbus interface.
Control of radiant surfaces in winter (ceiling or wall) and fan coil in summer (inverter 0-10V or 3-speed).
Control of the thermal power plant (boiler or heat pump) and mixing valves (three-point or 0-10V).
Management of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation units (CMV).
Temperature and Humidity probes with relay (503) in the zones (controllable via Smartphone APP).
Up to 12 zones with a single control unit (TSH), up to 20 zones with the TSH EVO version.
