These Termogea kits offer three solutions for controlling temperature, humidity and air quality in mixed radiant and fan coil systems.
The user can control the radiant-fancoil system in three ways: with just a smartphone (Easy Solution), with a centralized thermostat + smartphone (Touch Solution), and with a zone thermostat + smartphone (Room Solution).
EASY RADIANT-FANCOIL KIT
SMARTPHONE BASED CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM
Features:
- Climate control unit with integrated gateway (TSH) for cloud connection.
- Control of radiant surfaces in winter (ceiling or wall) and fan coil in summer (inverter 0-10V or 3-speed).
- Direct digital control of summer air conditioning for fan coil units implementing the Modbus interface.
- Control of the thermal power plant (boiler or heat pump) and mixing valves (three-point or 0-10V).
- Management of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation units (CMV).
- Temperature and Humidity probes with relay (503) in the zones (controllable via Smartphone APP).
- Up to 12 zones with a single control unit (TSH), up to 20 zones with the TSH EVO version.
